These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the purchase of credits and access to JavaPerf's software-as-a-service platform, which provides static analysis, dynamic monitoring, and performance inspection services for Java applications.
By purchasing credits or using the platform, the customer ("User") accepts these GTC in their entirety.
JavaPerf operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed as follows:

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the binding price.
Orders are placed directly through the JavaPerf dashboard. Payment is processed securely via Paddle. All prices are in Euros (€) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Credits are added to the User's account immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, please contact us at support@javaperf.com.
Credits consumed prior to the refund request will be deducted from the refunded amount at the standard rate.
JavaPerf aims to provide continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
JavaPerf is not liable for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform.
JavaPerf's analysis results are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for production decisions.
Certain detection rules may produce false positives or false negatives. JavaPerf does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of analysis results.
Oracle, Java, and related trademarks are the property of Oracle Corporation. JavaPerf is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation.
Code uploaded or linked for analysis is processed solely for the purpose of generating the analysis report. JavaPerf does not retain source code beyond the analysis session unless explicitly saved by the User.
User account data (email, usage history) is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments.
The JavaPerf platform, its interface, analysis engine, and all associated content are the exclusive property of Cristalog. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
The User retains full ownership of the source code submitted for analysis.
These GTC are governed by Moroccan law. For Users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the User's country of residence also apply.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Failing that, the competent courts of Morocco shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
